MINNEAPOLIS, MN - September 8, 2025 – True North Mergers & Acquisitions is pleased to announce the successful sale of Apex Home Care, LLC, a Minnesota-based home health care provider, to Amivie (formerly Custom Care CBC, LLC), a leading provider of home and community-based care headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina. The $4.5 million transaction closed on September 8, 2025.

Apex Home Care, founded and led by siblings Mahado Ali and Burhan Ali, built a strong reputation in Minnesota for compassionate, client-centered in-home care. With a team of seven employees, the company has served families across the state with integrity, cultural understanding, and a commitment to helping individuals live safely and independently at home.

With more than 500 employees nationwide, Amivie continues to expand its reach and service quality across the United States through strategic acquisitions such as this one. The partnership will allow Apex Home Care to maintain its trusted culture while benefiting from Amivie’s national resources and operational support. All Apex employees will remain in their current roles as part of the integration.

The transaction was advised by Michael Wheelock and Lisa Meyer, with Clay Geary serving as Analyst.
